Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
  • Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration sessions, and talent assessments.
  • Monitor progress and compliance of performance activities, providing structured reminders, insights, and escalation when necessary.
  • Analyze performance outcomes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for workforce and capability development.
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and administration of performance management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the fair, consistent, and objective application of performance ratings and feedback.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination with hiring managers, and offer facilitation.
  • Conduct new-hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience for new employees.

HR Operations & Benefits Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and contribute to HR reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure HR processes, documentation, and practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions, including transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.

Learning & Development Support
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for training and development programs.
  • Track training completion and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to performance management programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable HR insights.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management capability.
