The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of Human Resources operations, ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and programs align with and support the organization's business objectives. This role encompasses overseeing Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Timekeeping, Training & Development, as well as Employee Relations and Engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset focused on enhancing systems, processes, and the overall employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all business units.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Streamline recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee company-provided benefits, including health insurance, leave, and statutory programs.
  • Ensure benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage contract renewals.

Timekeeping & Attendance Management

  • Supervise accurate timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding work hours, holidays, and overtime.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance for seamless processing.

Training & Development

  • Design and implement annual training plans based on competency requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, learning programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to enhance the employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, benefits management, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
