About the Role

Join a global HR team shaping the future of people operations through data. We are looking for a Reports & Analytics Manager to lead HR reporting and analytics within our Shared Services / HR Operations function. This role will focus on owning HR reports, generating insights from existing reporting, and identifying opportunities to enhance analytics that support leaders in strategy and governance. Strong experience in HR reporting, analytics, and dashboard development is essential.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage a small team focused on HR operational reporting and analytics.
  • Own all HR Operations reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and people analytics.
  • Review existing HR reports and translate HR operations into actionable insights.
  • Guide the design and creation of reports and dashboards (PowerBI, Excel).
  • Partner with global HR, BI, and Shared Services teams to strengthen reporting capabilities.
  • Promote process efficiency and continuous improvement in reporting delivery.
What You Need
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations reporting and analytics (mandatory).
  • At least 4 years of experience managing a small team and driving performance.
  • Strong ability to translate HR operations data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience designing or guiding reports and dashboards (PowerBI, Advanced Excel).
  • Advanced level proficiency in PowerBI for report and dashboard development.
  • Workday experience is a plus; understanding Workday process flows is highly valued.
  • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Work Setup
  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week.
  • Primary schedule follows EMEA/UK business hours, with flexibility to adjust to APAC or US time zones as needed.
