HR Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Executive to lead and oversee end-to-end people operations across the organization. This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring efficient HR service delivery while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the following HR functions:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Benefits administration
- Timekeeping and payroll coordination
- Training and development
- Employee relations and engagement
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor standards
- Develop HR programs to support employee retention, culture building, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand manpower needs and drive HR solutions.
- Monitor HR data, dashboards, and key metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in HR operations or shared services
- Experience in recruitment, benefits, timekeeping, and employee relations is required
- Exposure to training & development and engagement programs
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
