Qualifications:
  • At least high school graduate or vocational course certificate holder (TESDA is a plus).
  • With experience in general maintenance or facility repair work.
  • Experience in cooking Filipino meals or basic home-style cooking.
  • Knowledge of safety standards in maintenance and food handling.
  • Physically fit and able to do manual work.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy and responsible, especially when handling food and tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Duties:

  • Perform basic repairs and upkeep of the facility (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Replace light bulbs, fix leaky faucets, and handle minor building issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, garbage disposal areas, and tools.
  • Assist in installation or rearrangement of furniture, appliances, and fixtures.
  • Coordinate with external technicians for major repairs when needed.

Cooking Duties:

  • Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) as scheduled or requested.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area and cooking utensils.
  • Monitor food supplies and notify admin for replenishment.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Plan simple and nutritious meals according to the needs of the household or staff.
