MAIN SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Collaborate with a team of line cooks, cashiers, and stock personnel to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.
  • Maintain proper functioning of kitchen equipment, systems, and wares by following established standards and SOPs, including regular cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure food safety and workplace safety compliance throughout the kitchen, coordinating closely with the Kitchen Head and the Operations team.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the Operations department.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper handling and storage of all inventory and food items throughout the entire order fulfillment process, including cross-station responsibilities.
  • Support compliance with Kitchen Quality Audits by ensuring all equipment, systems, and kitchen areas are in proper working condition.
  • Accurately record inventory consumption in internal reporting systems to reduce shrinkage and increase accountability.
  • Actively engage in training activities, particularly in food preparation and station-specific tasks.
  • Consistently apply principles of food safety and sanitation; regularly evaluate kitchen procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
  • Ensure team adherence to CQSMA standards—Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere.
  • Carry out other kitchen or operations-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen operations
  • Willing to work in a 24/7/365 environment with a 6-day workweek and shifting schedules
  • Immediate availability preferred
