Your role Substance is seeking talented individuals to join their ranks as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Researcher in the Philippines. As aTalent Acquisition Sourcer/Researcher, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various roles across different industries. You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to build a strong candidate pipeline, supporting both client needs and the overall recruitment process. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing Candidates:Utilize multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles. Screening Resumes:Conduct initial screening of resumes to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the roles. Building Talent Pipelines:Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates for future positions. Market Research:Conduct research on talent pools, hiring trends, and industry insights in different regions to assist with strategic sourcing efforts. Engaging with Candidates:Communicate with potential candidates through email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and qualifications. Collaborating with Recruiters:Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director and recruitment team to align on sourcing strategies and candidate profiles. Data Management:Input and manage candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure accurate record-keeping. Reporting:Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sourcing efforts, pipeline metrics, and candidate engagement. About you Successful applicants possess these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
