Job Title: Talent Sourcer

Location: Onsite – Cebu City

Experience: 1–4 years

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM (5 days working)

Salary: Up to 30,000 PHP

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
  • Strong experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, and job portals for sourcing.
  • Good understanding of Boolean search and social media hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cebu City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source relevant candidates through Facebook groups, Facebook ads, LinkedIn search, and other online platforms.
  • Review, screen, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future roles.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally through messaging or calls.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for accurate role understanding.
  • Maintain sourcing reports and data accuracy.

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
