JOB SUMMARY:

A Sourcer is responsible for screening job applicants to qualify them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Sourcer will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact and conduct screens with job applicants to qualify and gauge interest for assigned requisitions.
  • Complete a full set of phone screen notes using a provided template and pass off to the Recruiter or Project Manager to move candidate forward in recruiting process.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
  • As required, utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on applicant screening and sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage the interview process for candidates at assigned clients when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
