Roles And Responsibilities

  • DOES
  • Oversees and manages the Vendor/s assigned for Device management
  • Oversees materials warehousing ensuring inventory is secure and conducts regular reviews and site visits to mitigate losses
  • Manages and monitors delivery fulfillment of devices and collaterals for B2B merchant partners
  • Regularly reviews & evaluates vendor performance as agreed and documented in vendor contracts
  • Delivers regular feedback on the progress of all delivery requests
  • Delivers quick resolutions on escalations regarding device operations (i.e. warehousing, kitting, delivery, etc.)
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with device vendors in a cost -effective manner while maintaining service standards.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Governance, etc)
  • Drives continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and uphold performance excellence to achieve KPIs

  • Experience in vendor management and project management
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Delivery Process
  • Ability to approach a problem in analytical and systematic way
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relations
  • Operations and process excellence background
  • Ability to plan, implement and monitor processes in operations for process improvement
  • Good understanding of technology systems and multi system dependencies
  • DELIVERS
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors and couriers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly report on Device requests fulfillment and delivery statuses.
  • Handle escalations related to Device vendor management and delivery-related complaints.
  • Regular coordination meetings with vendors and coaching sessions with the inorganic staff.
  • Conduct training of vendors as needed.
  • Develop process improvement to enhance the quality of service and turnaround time for device operations.
  • Update contract for device re: pricelock and ensure SLAs of suppliers and vendors are met (Device Vendor, Warehousing vendor, Couriers, Collaterals and SIMs)
  • Conduct the set frequency of audit of vendors
