About the Role

We are hiring for:

Vendor Performance Management SME – Branch & Campus Network SME

Vendor Performance Management SME – Video and Voice SME

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert overseeing vendor performance for critical infrastructure services, either in
Branch & Campus Networking
or
Video & Voice Technologies
within the banking sector.

This role ensures that vendors deliver consistently against SLAs/KPIs, supports governance routines, strengthens service integration, and drives continuous improvement across multiple vendors.

You will work closely with internal teams, offshore teams, and technology partners to evaluate performance, streamline processes, and ensure that vendor operations meet banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and implement vendor onboarding and performance management processes
  • Oversee SLA and KPI adherence across multiple infrastructure vendors
  • Facilitate governance forums, cadence meetings, and periodic performance reviews
  • Coordinate performance improvements and corrective action plans across vendors
  • Manage communication, documentation, contracts, coordination handshakes, and operational workflows
  • Support SIAM Lead in governance, escalations, and service quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery

Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 6–8 years of solid experience in vendor performance management and vendor onboarding
  • Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously
  • Strong background in SLAs/KPIs, contract management, communication protocols, and operational handshakes
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience (onsite/offshore)
  • Experience documenting processes, reviewing vendor performance, and executing corrective actions

Good-to-Have:

  • Service Integration & Management (SIAM) experience
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Background in banking or large enterprise infrastructure environments
  • Knowledge or exposure in:
  • Branch & Campus Networks
    (for the Branch & Campus Network SME role)
  • Video and Voice Technologies
    (for the Video & Voice SME role)
