We are looking for a Compliance Assistant who will play a vital role in ensuring that all company operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance across all functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all corporate processes and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Review, update, and coordinate compliance procedures and documentation.
  • Recommend and implement corrective measures to prevent future compliance violations.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulations to ensure continued organizational compliance.
  • Support and assist liaisons with daily tasks and government submissions.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for various government applications.
  • Monitor operational processes and compliance with LGU, BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agencies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in legal or compliance-related work.
  • Connections with government agencies and law firms are a strong advantage.
  • Experience dealing with government officers or inspections is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
