Compliance Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in compliance, administrative, or documentation-related roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
  • Strong integrity, ethical stance, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic record management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Risk Support
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining compliance-related documents (e.g., permits, MORS).
  • Support data entry and record-keeping for compliance activities.
  • Help distribute compliance training materials.
  • Contract Management
  • File and organize contract documents (physical and electronic).
  • Perform data entry and assist with document preparation.
  • Documentation & Records Management
  • Handle filing, archiving, scanning, and digitizing of records.
  • Maintain organization of electronic files and folders.
  • Data Privacy
  • Assist with training material preparation and data entry for data privacy initiatives.
  • Insurance Management
  • Organize insurance-related documents and support data entry tasks.
  • Billing & Collection
  • Support preparation and distribution of invoices.
  • Assist with filing and organizing related records.
  • General Administrative Support
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Help manage office supplies and provide administrative support as assigned.
