Job Responsibilities

Major Function:

  • Assist in drafting compliance reports for Corporate Governance in accordance with SEC and PSE regulations.
  • Assist the CFO and Accounting Supervisor in preparing the Trial Balance and Monthly Income and Operating Expenses per department.

SEC & PSE Compliance:

  • Assist in the submission of compliance reports to the PSE.
  • Assist in drafting corporate governance compliances and remind the Compliance Officer of compliance deadlines for submission to the PSE and SEC.
  • Assist in preparing the SEC forms for signature and notarization.
  • Update trading price history from PSE.
  • Prepare payment requests for the Director's per diem.
  • Monitor stock dividend declared upliftment for issuance of stock certificates.

Accounting Transactions:

  • Collate schedules of Balance Sheet Accounts and ensure balances are tallied with the QNE system.
  • Submit Financial Statements to the CFO and Accounting Supervisor.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking.
  • Experience in treasury, banking, or financial industries is an advantage.
  • Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a good team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
