Schedule: 10:00PM to 7:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?**

Skills Required:

  • Strong background in automation, migration, and AI (must-have).
  • Experience in IT support, networks, and systems management.
  • Skilled in Wix, Microsoft Pages, and SharePoint (for websites and training portals).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Automate.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to follow clear direction from leadership.
  • Capable of building systems from scratch and managing them long term.

What will you do?

  • Build and manage automation workflows (dispatch, billing, HR, compliance, marketing).
  • Support system migrations, integrations, and AI tool adoption.
  • Set up and maintain the company's Wix website.
  • Build an Independent Contractor training and enrollment portal using Wix, Microsoft Pages, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain company IT systems (computers, networks, security, troubleshooting).
  • Support documentation and SOP management using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
