Titanium is scaling fast—and we're looking for a Systems Architect who can take full ownership of our infrastructure. If you're the kind of person who thinks in systems, builds for stability, and enjoys squeezing every peso of value out of AWS, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage Titanium's entire cloud infrastructure (AWS-focused)
  • Strengthen system reliability, uptime, and security across environments
  • Continuously optimize AWS usage to reduce cost while improving performance
  • Architect scalable systems that support our payroll & HR SaaS platform
  • Oversee server configurations, deployments, and monitoring tools
  • Implement best practices in DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and backups
  • Troubleshoot production issues and proactively prevent incidents
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to support new features and client growth
  • Create documentation and guidelines for infrastructure standards
  • (Optional / Future Scope) Provide leadership-level insights on IT strategy, security, and infrastructure roadmap—CIO track for the right person

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years managing cloud infrastructure (AWS is a must)
  • Strong background in systems architecture, networking, and Linux servers
  • Proven experience lowering cloud costs through optimization and right-sizing
  • Deep understanding of security best practices (VPC, IAM, WAF, encryption, etc.)
  • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting production environments
  • Ability to design scalable, resilient architectures for SaaS platforms
  • Bonus: experience in DevOps, SRE, or leading infra teams
