What are we looking for?**

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of Azure portal, including Active Directory, RBAC, Logic Apps, and security hygiene
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, , or Zapier)
  • Familiarity with accounting and reconciliation workflows
  • Experience with social and email marketing management
  • Strong data management and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities (SharePoint, Notion)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset for identifying automation opportunities
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment

What will you do?

  • Identify and analyze manual business processes for automation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, , or Zapier.
  • Manage and update the company's Microsoft Power Pages website and assist with social/email campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize company documentation in SharePoint and Notion.
  • Build and update KPI dashboards to track operational performance.
  • Support accounting workflows including billing verification, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
  • Assist with client and vendor documentation such as W-9s, insurance certificates, and compliance records.
  • Track and manage vehicle documentation including registration, renewals, and insurance.
  • Ensure accurate audit trails and maintain operational logs for compliance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and process efficiency.
  • Gradually automate recurring manual tasks across departments to save time and reduce errors.
