Position: EDM Specialist

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Set-up: Hybrid (can transition to temporary WFH)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to help shape the way we communicate across a family of growing consumer brands. You'll manage everything from setup and segmentation to campaign launches and performance reporting—mostly using no-code platforms such as Klaviyo and Hubspot. Experience with coded tools like HTML or custom integrations is a plus, but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and schedule email campaigns and automations (e.g. welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase)
  • Set up dynamic content and personalization using customer profile data
  • Segment audiences by behavior, engagement, or lifecycle stage
  • A/B test content, subject lines, and send times using platform tools
  • Monitor email performance and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with other teams to align EDMs with marketing goals

Qualification

  • 3+ years' experience in email marketing
  • Solid knowledge of Klaviyo, Hubspot, or similar platforms
  • Confident with segmentation, flow automation, and analytics
  • Comfortable working across different brands and voice tones
  • HTML email editing or coded templates
  • Lead generation or e-commerce brands
  • Tools You'll Use: Klaviyo, Hubspot, Google Analytics
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS, Zapier, or custom flow integrations
