Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Onsite)

Salary Range: ₱100,000–₱150,000/month

Reports To: Operations Supervisor / Team Lead / Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable workflows, APIs, and data systems while participating in Agile development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Customization

  • Design and implement tailored CRM solutions using MS Dynamics 365
  • Build workflows, plug-ins, and business process automations

Web Resource & Integration Management

  • Develop and manage web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate

API & Database Engineering

  • Create and maintain REST/ODATA and SOAP APIs
  • Manage backend systems using SQL, Azure SQL, and MS-SQL

Agile Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues to maintain system performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations and SQL databases
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
