As the CRM Lead Developer, you will design and build solutions on the CRM platform to meet both business and technical needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define functional specifications, and advise clients on how best to use the CRM platform. You'll own and deliver software enhancements, handle minor projects, resolve defects, and integrate new features within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role demands at least five years' experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. You will identify design issues and craft elegant cross-technology solutions, adopting a user-centred mindset and iterating quickly. Working in an Agile environment, you'll use strong analytical, problem‐solving, interpersonal, and team skills, and be comfortable in a multicultural setting. Excellent communication skills are required as you'll liaise with client stakeholders. You will independently lead a development team (including offshore resources) and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Deep industry and product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Strong expertise in SOA-based architectures (REST/SOAP).
  • Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, model binding, and asynchronous programming.
  • Good understanding of SSRS and CRM reporting.
  • Experience in integrating with Dynamics CRM.
  • Familiarity with Azure tools and technologies.
  • Exposure to the Power Platform — including strong experience in Power Automate, Canvas Apps/Model-Driven Apps.

Optional (Desirable) Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience designing and implementing systems integrating with .NET application APIs.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework and associated techniques.
  • Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
