Job Description

The Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing enterprise-grade business applications with multiple system integration points. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring seamless system functionality, and delivering high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement systems and applications leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Services
  • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping, sequence diagrams, and process flow diagrams
  • Design and execute test cases to validate that business and functional requirements are fully met
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Support integration and deployment activities, ensuring system stability and performance across platforms
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement
