What You'll Do
- Lead Seamless Onboarding:
Manage the onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition to LOCAD. - Be the Bridge:
Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams to implement client products and systems effectively. - Train & Empower:
Conduct engaging video call training sessions with clients on our systems and processes. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
Regularly refine onboarding content, guidelines, and operational processes to optimize how we operate. - Spot Opportunities:
Identify gaps or areas to enhance the client onboarding journey. - Keep Stakeholders Informed:
Provide timely updates and reports on the status of assigned clients in the onboarding pipeline and projected completions. - Be a Team Player:
Support the onboarding team with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed.
