The Mactan Expo Center is looking for a dynamic
Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead revenue growth, drive event bookings, and strengthen our brand presence in Cebu's fast-growing MICE and events market.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow event sales and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, agencies, associations, and event organizers
  • Lead marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver excellent client servicing
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Monitor market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in sales or marketing (MICE, hospitality, events, or real estate a plus)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
