We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will support both sales initiatives and marketing activities to help drive hotel revenue and brand visibility.

Location: Boracay / Manila (adjust as needed)

Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal departments for bookings and events
  • Handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain client databases
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as social media posting, content planning, and promotions
  • Help organize events, campaigns, and hotel activations
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups with leads and clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in social media management and basic graphic tools is a plus
  • Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
