Job Title: Senior Recruiter (RPO)
Schedule: Morning Shift (9am-6pm)
Work location: Eastwood, Quezon City, Hybrid (3x onsite per week)
Job Summary:
As a RPO Sr Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. You will work closely with hiring managers and human resources to identify staffing needs, develop, and execute recruitment strategies, and mentor junior recruiters. Have a strong understanding of human resources and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- End-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and processes
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to network with potential candidates
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in RPO environment
- With IT experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience using different applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
