Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define job requirements, including skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each position. To attract qualified candidates, Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit through phone interviews, technical assessments, coding challenges, and behavioral interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout recruitment. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidates engaged and interested in opportunities with the organization. Showcase the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities through employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, blog posts, employee testimonials, and participation in industry events. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes, tools, and strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably within the software development or professional services firm offering outsourcing services Strong understanding of technology and software development concepts, with the ability to assess the technical skills and competencies of candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment goals. Certifications in Human Resources or Recruitment are a plus.
