What you'll be doing
- Respond to user requests and incidents through phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve common software and hardware issues
- Provide end-user training and guidance on the use of IT systems and applications
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all support activities
- Continuously improve IT service delivery through process optimization
What we're looking for
- Minimum_ 1-3 years of experience in an IT service desk or helpdesk role_
- At least HS Grad.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Can Start ASAP.
- Good understanding of common software, hardware, and network technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Familiarity with IT service management principles and best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php33,400.00 per month
