The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an experienced Level 1 Support Consultant to join our team. The successful applicant will be an all-rounder with the ability to span both support and project teams.
Skills you need:
- Initiative and a desire to lead and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner with a genuine customer service focus
- Able to work unattended
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Experience with Windows (All current flavors), Active Directory, GP, Terminal Server, Citrix, Office365, Azure, Hyper-V, and SANs
- A sound understanding of switching and routing
- A current Australian driver\'s license and reliable car
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work as a cohesive team member
- A great sense of humor and positive outlook
This knowledge will also help:
- Microsoft Certifications
- Experience with Connectwise
- SharePoint knowledge
- Having worked at another MSP
- Knowledge of image-based backups
