Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking equipment including CCTV's.
  • Setup, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptops, and servers.
  • Preparation of Laptops and devices for onboarding employees.
  • IT orientation for onboarding employees.
  • Provide prompt and accurate reports on the status of the IT Infrastructure.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate IT issues with the IT Department.
  • Monitor IT Tickets and request.
  • Occasional communication with Overseas Branch Regarding System Errors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT, System Administration, Network Operations and Administration, Web services, Databases servers, Web Programming, or similar.
  • Understand and can work with Windows server, Active Directory and Linux server.

    Knowledgeable in Google Cloud, AWS or similar.
  • Candidate must have good character, open minded, and have good problem solving skills
  • Must be a team player, flexible and proactive.
