  • 2 to 4 years of Sales experience
    • demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
  • Strong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp)
  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels.
  • Skilled in resolving issues efficiently, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Highly flexible working hours, no fixed shift model: Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
  • Available to start immediately
