Job Summary

As a Chat Monitoring Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of live chat activity and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong analytical mindset.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming chats by assigning them to the appropriate agents or teams in a timely manner.
  • Monitor live chat activity to ensure prompt responses and adherence to service levels.
  • Track agent availability, workload, and chat handling efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Detect and escalate issues such as delays, system errors, or service gaps to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports on chat performance, productivity, and quality metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, team leaders, and management to align staffing and performance objectives.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
