We are looking for a proactive
Marketing Specialist
to join our team and support day-to-day digital marketing operations. This role focuses on email marketing, contact database management, and GoDaddy-hosted WordPress website maintenance, plus content creation in strong written English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns including setup, segmentation, testing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and clean contact lists; implement segmentation and list-growth best practices.
  • Perform regular maintenance on a GoDaddy-hosted WordPress site including plugin and theme updates, content publishing, minor layout adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Create clear, engaging written content and marketing materials for emails, web pages, and simple campaign assets.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and website health; report results and recommend optimizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written English with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Proven experience managing email campaigns (platform experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with WordPress for site maintenance and content updates.
  • Familiarity with GoDaddy hosting and basic domain/hosting tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours (between 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor template edits.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and interpreting campaign/website metrics.
  • Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms.
