Marketing ManagerJob Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the marketing initiatives across multiple business units. The role will be based at our Kapitolyo office (full-time, 5 days a week) and will require occasional travel to Clark (once every two months or as needed). The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies for multiple businesses under the group.
  • Manage and oversee branding, content creation, digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to optimize strategies.
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and partnership campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to management.
  • Handle marketing communications, PR opportunities, and business development support.
  • Occasionally travel to Clark (approx. once every two months) to oversee marketing activities and support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or related role.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and branding.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to the needs of multiple businesses.

Work Setup & Benefits

  • Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City (full office-based, 5 days a week).
  • Travel Requirement: Clark (approx. once every two months).
  • Service vehicle provided for work-related travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
