Marketing AssociateJob Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the marketing team across multiple businesses. The role will be based at our Kapitolyo office (full-time, 5 days a week) and is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who want to grow their marketing career. The Marketing Associate will assist in content creation, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing tasks. They may also be required to travel to Clark occasionally to represent the marketing team when the Marketing Manager is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media posts, posters, banners, and other collaterals.
• Support photo and video editing for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Help manage social media platforms and online content scheduling.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager and team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and content ideas.
• Maintain organized files of marketing assets, creatives, and brand materials.
• Assist during on-ground events, shoots, or activations when required.
• Travel to Clark occasionally to support marketing activities, particularly when the Marketing Manager is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Photoshop and video/photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, proactive, and resourceful.

Work Setup & Benefits

• Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City (full office-based, 5 days a week).
• Occasional travel to Clark for marketing support.
• Training and mentorship provided by the Marketing Manager.
• Exposure to marketing strategies across multiple businesses and industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
