Content Creation:

  • Develop and create engaging Social Media content for Xpress, taking on roles such as host, reporter, and interviewer.
  • Showcase a deep understanding of Social Media trends and utilize them to enhance user and driver engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content for various social media channels such as but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Produce graphic, audio, and video materials.
  • Develop new and creative ways to generate buzz through content creation.
  • Assist marketing team and PR Team in meeting future partners for future content.

Editing Skills:

  • Possess basic TikTok/Reel video editing skills to ensure high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Content Calendar Management:
  • Curate a content calendar for social media posts, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to content creation.

Trend Awareness:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on Social Media, identifying opportunities for the brand to participate in trends that align with our image.
  • Monitor trends and continuously benchmark various industry, thought leaders, influencers, entrepreneurs, and the like, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create effective content.
  • Uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts, by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers from several social media channels.
  • Competitor Monitoring

Engagement Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics on Social Media to assess content performance and make data-driven adjustments to future content.

Copywriting:

  • Craft witty , creative and engaging Social Media captions and copies that resonate with our target audience.

Production Equipment:

  • Handle, use, and set up basic production equipment required for Socmed content creation.
  • Safe keeping

File Management:

  • Take responsibility for the safekeeping and organization of video files and related documents, ensuring accessibility and easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging content on Socmed.
  • Basic editing skills using TikTok/Reel editing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Socmed trends and the ability to adapt them for brand engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and curate content calendars.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially for short-form content like TikTok and Reels.
  • Familiarity with basic production equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to file organization and management
  • Communications graduate (Broadcast comms/Journalism)
