Graphic Designer

QUALIFCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience in graphic design or digital media.
• A portfolio showcasing original design work across print and/or digital media is required.

• Proficient in graphic design tools including:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  
  -Canva, Figma, or other relevant platforms.

• Familiar with file preparation for both digital and print output.

• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt to different styles or campaign needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media, packaging, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Plan and illustrate concepts by studying information and materials, creating layouts, and submitting design drafts for approval.
• Create original graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for both digital and print formats, ensuring correct specifications and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications and budget constraints.
• Edit, retouch, and manipulate images as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output.
• Support video editing and motion graphics projects as needed (based on skillset).
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
