Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling static posts, carousels, and various other visual assets for our brand. Your work will play a critical role in driving brand engagement and enhancing our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality static posts and carousels for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand's goals and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and voice.
  • Create visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, including banners, infographics, promotional graphics, and more.
  • Manage and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines and support ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with other creative professionals (photographers, videographers, etc.) to enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for creating engaging visuals.
