Overview
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR), to provide remote administrative and customer support for a healthcare client. This role involves assisting with client communications, scheduling, documentation, and other virtual office tasks while ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and patients via email, phone, or chat in both French and English.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience through effective communication and active listening.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company and healthcare policies.
- Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date customer records and transaction logs.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a friendly tone, clear articulation, and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Process cash handling transactions when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, update documentation, and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, share insights, and contribute to a positive call center environment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer support.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience or roles involving customer support is highly preferred; experience in outbound calling is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and analysis purposes.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to ensure professional interactions at all times.
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) — required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR systems, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts.

8-hour shift | Graveyard shift

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
