Overview

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR), to provide remote administrative and customer support for a healthcare client. This role involves assisting with client communications, scheduling, documentation, and other virtual office tasks while ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and patients via email, phone, or chat in both French and English.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Assist clients in navigating our services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience through effective communication and active listening.
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company and healthcare policies.
  • Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date customer records and transaction logs.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a friendly tone, clear articulation, and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or upgrades.
  • Process cash handling transactions when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, update documentation, and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, share insights, and contribute to a positive call center environment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer support.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience or roles involving customer support is highly preferred; experience in outbound calling is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and analysis purposes.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to ensure professional interactions at all times.
  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) — required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR systems, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts.

Schedule:

8-hour shift | Graveyard shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
