Chirpish LLC is looking for self-motivated, upbeat, and punctual individuals with great time management and communication skills to be part of our team. Every one of our agents works remotely to handle everything from email, live chat, SMS, social media, and phone support. Having the ability to multitask, stay on top of customer inquiries, and maintain a constructive and positive mindset are a MUST

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communication support

  2. Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding issues, service questions, and other client concerns with empathy, creativity, and efficiency.

  3. Communicate with the client and supplier for escalation of issues and requests in a professional manner.

  4. Data entry and other administrative tasks

  5. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.

  6. Consistently record interaction summaries, escalations, requests, and updates for the client and supplier.

  7. Perform other tasks such as writing articles, creating responses, and/or reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

Requires excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Confidence in navigating through different platforms and ability to multitask.

Must be highly empathic and pays strong attention to detail.

Previous customer service experience particularly in email management and phone support (an advantage)

Familiarity with CRM tools and other customer service platforms such as Monday, Shopify, Dialpad and Gorgias (an advantage but not required)

Requirements:

A typing speed of 50+ words per minute/WPM

Must have reliable equipment available such as a computer or a laptop with a working headset and microphone.

Minimum device-specific requirements:

  • 4 GB RAM
  • Core i5
  • Windows 7 OS and higher or
  • Mac with 1.8 Ghz and higher

Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25mbps.

NOTE:
