  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business or Management-related course or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Must be willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig and do field-work.

Job Summary: Responsible in placing all supermarket orders in a timely and accurate manner through ensuring that all store information submitted to the office are correct, complete, and on-time with the goal of reducing BO/RTV and variance per store.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures that the Bad Order (BO)/ Return-to-Vendor (RTV) and variance per month per store will not go beyond the set target.

  2. Accurately place supermarket orders two days before the scheduled delivery date (Daily)

  3. Strictly monitor the inventory of his/her assigned stores making sure that the inventory does not exceed the selling area capacity per SKU (Daily)

  4. Ensures that the following reports are submitted by the Tactical Coordinators (TCs) within the day of their itinerary (Daily):

  5. Delivery

  6. Inventory Report
  7. BO/RTV Report

  8. Display Area and Buffer/Back Room Breakage Report

  9. Monitor and report the following (Daily):

  10. TCs who have failed to submit their daily reports

  11. Newly hired or resigned TCs

  12. Attend to TC Concerns (Daily)

  13. Conduct training sessions for newly hired TCs (Monthly)

  14. Conduct performance reviews and refresher training sessions of existing TCs (Monthly)

  15. Consolidate the following reports (Weekly):

  16. a. Receiving Report

  17. b. Inventory Report
  18. c. BO/RTV Report
  19. d. Off take Report

  20. e. Summary of fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs per store

  21. Ensure that all concessionaire stores are audited by the end of the month (Monthly)

  22. Perform spot-checks of supermarkets once a week to check if TC is performing his/her job properly (Weekly)

  23. Check the transportation reimbursement billings of the TCs (Monthly)

  24. Others may be assigned from time to time
