Logistics Executive Job Description

The Logistics Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. This includes reviewing and signing custom declarations, managing logistics partners for timely delivery, and collaborating with distributors to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and sign shipping/import documents for customs clearance, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Submit custom declarations via the e-system, facilitate payment, and manage 3PL services to minimize detention/demurrage charges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate billing, as well as sales recognition.
  • Manage 3PL performance on cost and service metrics.
  • Assist in back-up custom correspondence from 3PL.
  • Develop and maintain sell-in forecast reports for LT and Sales/Marketing teams. Monitor sales order processing and communicate results to the GBS team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in customs clearance and 3PL management.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese languages.
  • Proficiency in computer management and applications.
