Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Associate will support the end-to-end supply chain operations of the Company, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely procurement. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

  • Facilitate domestic shipping of products between destinations.
  • Manage customer orders, repacking, and timely delivery, including those from e-commerce platforms.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and coordinate with third-party warehouse providers.
  • Manage internal office storage inventory.
  • Reconcile month-end inventory balances across warehouse, storage, and accounting records.

Procurement

  • Facilitate procurement of materials (e.g., packaging, marketing supplies).
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in the ERP system (NetSuite) for end-to-end purchase order processing.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Consolidate monthly sales forecasts and translate them into demand and purchase plans.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement with demand and stock levels.

Quality & Process Control

  • Maintain product and process quality throughout the supply chain.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Open for fresh graduates with Bachelor's degrees in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics,
  • Background in procurement, supply chain operations, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in market research and supplier evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in procurement tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP and data analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite ERP) is a strong advantage.
