About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our brand and creative strategy across all platforms. What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute the creative vision, ensuring consistent, compelling brand experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and creative professionals.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials from concept to execution.
  • Track and report quantitative metrics, including brand reach, engagement, marketplace presence, and leads generated.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Present creative concepts and performance results to leadership and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of creative leadership experience, with a portfolio showcasing both innovative campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in design software, digital platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
