Job Summary:

A Sales Account Manager role focused on generating revenue by managing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new business within those accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales and customer relationship management (CRM).

Job Description:

  • Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
  • Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
  • Create a portfolio of new clients won
  • Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
  • Retain and build strong bonds with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company's business, offerings, competitors, and industry

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree is okay
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Preferably with work experience in IT/Engineering industry
  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Highly competitive, result-oriented, and assertive negotiator
  • Can work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate senior level of negotiation with both internal meetings and with clients
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule
