Job Description:

As a Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing and deploying various IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft IT Solutions to our customers and clients.

  • Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing ITSM, IAM, and Microsoft IT Solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs and specifications.

  • Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.

  • Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Good experience in installing, deploying, and supporting ITSM, IAM, and Microsoft IT Solutions.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Good technical understanding of security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, authentication systems, log management, content filtering) is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
