Responsibilities
  • Technical Translation: Convert customer business needs into clear technical requirement documents for implementation by technical teams.
  • ROI Development: Create compelling ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and specific requirements.
  • Demonstration & Implementation: Organize, plan, and deliver product demonstrations and proof of concepts, writing scripts to address customer challenges and ensure a smooth adoption of solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and integration of our solutions into their operations, while also identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to innovate new features and solutions that meet customer needs, enhancing our position as a preferred technology partner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of IoT-based operational management and related system integrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM field from a tier 1 university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pre-sales consultations and software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Understanding of software architecture and next-gen technologies (IoT, Computer Vision, AI, Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of APIs.
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driven to achieve success.
  • Meticulous, organized, and well-structured in approach.
