Job Summary:

We are hiring a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to oversee and lead the facilities and utilities team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, reliable, and continuous supply of electricity, compressed air, and water for production and process use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the facilities and utilities team.
  • Ensure the continuous and safe operation of utilities including electricity, compressed air, and water systems.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor utility consumption and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and utility performance data.
  • Coordinate with other departments for maintenance scheduling and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be a PRC-licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of facilities and utilities, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in equipment safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
