About the role

As a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp.', you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Guiguinto Bulacan. This full-time position will see you oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics activities, contributing to the company's mission of providing seamless supply chain solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and direct the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
  2. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage
  3. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure productivity and safety standards are upheld
  4. Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  5. Collaborate with the warehouse & logistics team and managers to coordinate efficient and timely delivery of products to customers
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  7. Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse personnel to build a skilled and motivated team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry, preferably in food and agricultural chemicals
  2. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control procedures and logistics planning
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement, preferably with knowledge on SAP
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop a high-performing workforce
  6. Demonstrated ability to foster a safe, efficient and collaborative work environment
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
