Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registration and Timing Manager located in Marikina. The role involves overseeing and managing the registration process and timing systems for various events. Responsibilities include managing online and on-site registration processes, ensuring accuracy in participant data, coordinating with event organizers and timing teams, troubleshooting registration or timing issues, generating reports, and maintaining quality control. Additionally, the Registration and Timing Manager will collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth event execution while maintaining a focus on participant satisfaction and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Registration Management, Data Processing, and Coordination of Event Logistics
  • Understanding of Timing Systems, Software, and troubleshooting technology-related issues during events
  • Strong Communication, Organizational, and Multitasking Skills
  • Problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with event management software or tools is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of participant data accurately
