KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Examine and guarantee validity of information and required documents for license applications and branch registration to the BSP and AMLC

2. Ensure timely and systematic collection and submission of business registration requirements of PPG for its branches, tie-up partners and remittance sub-agents

3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of PPG branches, tie-up partners and Remittance Sub-Agents (RSA)s registry and respective documentations for review of senior management, internal and external auditors

4. Liaise with BSP Registration Unit on all issues related to the business registration of PPG and its remittance sub-agents

5. Provide support to queries and clarifications of various PPG departments and RSAs on BSP licensing and registration requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 4-year college degree in business or other related courses;

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of company policies and Extensive knowledge and understanding of company policies and business operations is an advantage

• With legal/regulatory work experience preferred

• Certificate of Completion of an AML/CFT Training from the last two (2) years

• Knowledgeable of applicable BSP/AMLC laws and regulations, and other related principles and practices in the industry.

• Capable of doing multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent command, understanding and ability to communicate in English and Filipino

• Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of management across the organization.

• Competency in basic Microsoft Office/Excel
